Aharon Fogel | Co-Founder

Aharon brings rich and varied experience, having held key positions in many leading Israeli organizations both in the public and private sectors, including serving as the Director General for Israel's Ministry of Finance. Additionally, he has been Chairman for Migdal Insurance & Financial Holdings Ltd., Chairman at ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd., and Chairman at Ness Technologies, Inc.
He is currently on the board of Clal Insurance and Tel-Aviv University.
Aharon Fogel received his undergraduate degree in Economics and Statistics along with a postgraduate degree in Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Alex Ziser

Alex Ziser | Co-Founder & CEO

Alex has a wealth of experience in the analysis & management of both alternative and public investments in various institutional capital organizations, mutual funds, and hedge funds. He headed the global and alternative investments departments at a leading insurance company in Israel, and was responsible for developing and constructing the alternative portfolio and managing a multi-year investment strategy.
Alex has a B.A. in Business Management and Economics and holds an ISA management license.

Ido is a seasoned professional with 7 years of experience in business development, capital raising with institutional and qualified investors, and investor relations in the Israeli capital market.
Ido holds a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration with a specialization in capital markets.

Tess Rafael | VP of Operations

Tess has experience in complex operations management at both financial firms and private equity funds. Similarly, she is experienced in relationship management with strategic partners and investors, from Israel and overseas.
Tess holds an L.B.B. degree in Law, as well as a B.A. in Business Administration from Reichman University, and interned at Bram, Sluki & Co. Advocates, specialising in litigation.
